Pluggable aluminum busbar trunking has emerged as a new type of power distribution line. Compared with traditional cables, it fully demonstrates its superiority in high-current transmission. At the same time, due to the adoption of new technologies and processes, aluminum busbars have been greatly reduced. The contact resistance and temperature rise at the junctions of the trough ends and branch points are reduced. Aluminum busbar trunking uses insulating materials, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the aluminum busbar trunking and making the entire system more perfect.

TQNHMC Refractory Busbar

Fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of a shell coated with fire-retardant paint, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple recesses, into which current bars are embedded and secured. A busbar junction box is located at one end of the fire-resistant busbar trunking, and another is inside the trunking. The fire-resistant busbar trunking has excellent insulation performance and can be used continuously under normal conditions and for more than 1 hour under fire conditions. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities as a replacement for fire-resistant power cables used in power transmission and distribution.

TQFSMC cast resin busbar

Cast resin busbar trunking is an electrical facility used for centralized power transmission and power supply. It is cast using high-performance insulating resin and various inorganic minerals, directly sealing the busbar, and has four protective functions: waterproof, fireproof, corrosion-proof, and explosion-proof. Its protection level reaches IP68, which is the highest level of protection, preventing the entry of dust and enabling long-term reliable operation even when continuously immersed in water.

Power strip

Branch circuits can be tapped from the busbar to meet the power requirements of different areas or equipment. For example, in a large factory, the power from the main busbar can be distributed to the power equipment in various workshops through a junction box.
